About Us

Hours of operation are no issue for us at the Rock Gym. We are now a 24 hour access gym. Our ladies can enjoy working out in the privacy of our Ladies Only facility, with a full line of Cybex equipment. Other members can enjoy our state of the art equipment by Innofit in our co-ed training area. To look good all year round, our members also have access to both a stand-up tanning bed for time and convenience and a lay down bed for your choice of tanning. We also have a kids room for parents to take advantage of a relaxing kids free work out. We also have satelite fed plasma tvs to help the time go by. Come check us out.
